The AI assistant from Anthropic. We chose Claude because it performs strongly on business tasks and handles company data reliably. Your team works with Claude through Cowork, a desktop app focused on knowledge workers, alongside your existing tools.
Skill
A skill is packaged know-how for a recurring job, so Claude handles it the same way every time, following our best practice. You describe what you want in plain language and Claude picks the right skill. For example: create a quote from an opportunity in Odoo.
MCP connector
The bridge between Claude and Odoo. Through it, Claude reads and edits your real data in CRM, sales, inventory, and accounting. Without that bridge, AI stays a general assistant with no context about your business.
The pack is built around Claude, which we recommend, but the connector is not limited to it. A model like Gemini can be connected too, for teams that already work with Gemini.

Odoo 16 through 19. We add Odoo 20 in the autumn.
The connector respects your existing Odoo permissions and can be configured more finely on top. Data leaves Odoo only when you run an AI action yourself. On business plans (Team and Enterprise), Anthropic does not use your data to train models. Note: Anthropic is a US company and processes data on servers in the United States.
The AI works under the permissions of the connected Odoo user. Through the connector, no one sees or does more than that user is allowed to in Odoo.
Claude proposes and acts, but the human stays in control. We recommend having critical actions confirmed before they are written back.
No. The pack is built for business users. A training session and review moments are part of the project, so your team can get going right away.
At least a Team account, contracted directly with Anthropic. That subscription is separate from the project itself.
The pack is built around Claude, which we recommend. But the MCP connector is not limited to Claude: if your team already works with a model like Gemini, we can connect that to your Odoo too.
We deliberately chose our own solution, with stability and security in mind. It keeps us independent of an external vendor’s roadmap and lets us move fast on a new Odoo version or a protocol change.
