How Dynapps Belgium came to life.
Born in Belgium, built on Odoo.
Dynapps started in Geel in 2010, founded by Karel Hendrickx and Janik Thorez with one early conviction: Odoo would become the backbone of mid-market operations in Europe. Before it became a global name, they were already deep in it. Implementing it. Mastering it. Building hundreds of implementations across Belgian companies. Karel led the company as CEO through its first fifteen years. Janik continues to shape the group today as co-founder and COO. That same expertise still runs through every project we deliver.
Growing into a European group.
As Dynapps grew, so did the ambition. In 2021 we partnered with Green Park Investment Partners to accelerate that growth across Europe. We added local teams in the Netherlands, France, Switzerland, and Spain. Each rooted in their market. Each speaking the language of local businesses. Each backed by the same methodology, the same QA standards, and the same release discipline that built the group's reputation in Belgium.
